The Audi A8 L Security launched at the Expo comes with VR9 grade ballistics protection that makes it one of the safest cars on the planet. The safety cell of the new Audi A8 L Security integrates extremely resistant materials – aramide fabric, special aluminum alloys and a hot-formed steel armour that offers even more protection despite its lower weight. Engine options for the A8 L Security include a 4.0-litre TFSI engine with 435bhp on tap or a W12 FSI engine with 500bhp on offer. The armoured car is priced at Rs.9.14 crore ex-showroom in India.
