Formula 1 is set to launch the 2025 season with a historic, unified livery reveal. On 18 February, all 10 F1 teams will unveil their new liveries simultaneously at London’s O2 Arena, marking a major shift from the traditional individual launches. The star-studded event will feature all 20 drivers, team principals, and a live audience, creating an electrifying atmosphere for fans worldwide.
While this F1 2025 livery launch will showcase the fresh designs, some teams may still hold separate events to provide a more detailed look at their new F1 cars. The Australian Grand Prix kicks off the season on 16 March, and excitement is already building. The event will be broadcast live, though details have yet to be announced.

F1: Livery Launches
Formula 1 will celebrate its 75th anniversary with a spectacular event at London’s O2 Arena. All 20 drivers, along with key figures from the sport, will gather for an evening filled with interviews, live music, and fan entertainment. While teams will showcase their 2024 liveries at the O2, attention will quickly turn to the 2025 season, with individual car launches scheduled soon after.

Williams has already confirmed that the FW47 will make its debut at Silverstone on Valentine’s Day. This event could mark Carlos Sainz’s first official appearance in Williams colours after his high-profile switch from Ferrari. Meanwhile, Ferrari plans to unveil its 2025 challenger privately at Fiorano on 19 February before heading to Bahrain for pre-season testing.

Mercedes is set to introduce the W16, their first car of the post-Hamilton era, just two days before pre-season testing begins. After securing four race wins in 2024, the team is aiming for a stronger championship challenge under the current regulations. The first images of the W16 will be released a day before its shakedown in Bahrain. This car also marks the highly anticipated Formula 1 debut of 18-year-old Andrea Kimi Antonelli, who joins George Russell at Mercedes after progressing through their junior programme.
