Formula E 2026 Calendar Announced with Record 18 Rounds, Includes Miami F1 Circuit

Formula E has revealed its biggest calendar yet for the 2026 season, featuring 18 races across major global cities. The season begins in Sao Paulo on December 6, 2025, and moves to Mexico City on January 10, 2026. A major highlight is the new Miami E-Prix at the Miami International Autodrome, the same venue used for Formula 1’s Miami Grand Prix, replacing the Homestead-Miami Speedway under a new multi-year deal. The Miami E-Prix will take place on January 31, 2026, marking the start of a long-term partnership with the venue. After Miami, Formula E will race at Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah Corniche Circuit on February 13-14.

Europe’s leg begins with Madrid’s Jarama Circuit debuting on March 21. The historic F1 track replaces Valencia after successful pre-season testing in 2025. Popular venues like Berlin and Monaco will return as double-headers, while the FIA will confirm additional rounds later, including possible races in Jakarta or Sanya, China.

Formula E strengthens its presence in Asia with a double-header in Shanghai on July 4-5 and a return to Tokyo on July 25-26. Tokyo’s race, following its strong 2024 debut and Nissan’s strong performance, is now scheduled later in the season.

The 2026 season will end with a double-header in London at the ExCeL Arena on August 15-16. The half-indoor, half-outdoor circuit remains a calendar fixture with a new contract.
