Bajaj launches Pulsar AS 200 and AS 150 from Rs 79,000

Bajaj Auto unveiled the Pulsar AS 200 and AS 150 bikes at Rs 91,550 and 79,000 respectively (ex-showroom, Delhi) during a launch ceremony in Delhi. The newly launched Pulsar Adventure Sport range caters to the youth and the working class with a muscular fairing and extended visor.

Bajaj Auto unveiled the Pulsar AS 200 and AS 150 bikes at Rs 91,550 and 79,000 respectively (ex-showroom, Delhi) during a launch ceremony in Delhi.

The newly launched Pulsar Adventure Sport range caters to the youth and the working class with a muscular fairing and extended visor, both of which helps it to tackle long distance riding and wind resistance at high speed.

It comes equipped with a perimeter frame and a monoshock absorber to provide rock solid stability and control at high speed. The addition of projector headlamps separate it from other bikes in the segment.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Eric Vas, President, motorcycles department of Bajaj Auto said, “The Pulsar Adventure Sport series will be a delight to young bikers who want to fulfil their need of daily city riding, while at the same time desire to explore our vast and incredible outdoors over the weekends. These new generation bikes  are a winning combination of easy handling in traffic and raw brutal power when one needs it. The AS200 and AS150 truly define  our customer’s spirit that adventure never stops”

The Pulsar AS 200 is powered by a 199.5cc, 4-Valce, DTSi engine, that churns out 23.5 PS of power at 18.35 NM of torque.The AS 150, on the other hand, is slightly underpowered with its 149.5cc engine capable of delivering 17 PS at 9500 RPM.

Both the bikes are available in three colour schemes, namely, red, black and blue.
