The Ducati Scrambler was awarded the most beautiful bike of the EICMA 2014. More than 10,000 fans participated in the competition and 43% of them voted for the Italian masterpiece. Scrambler got almost 3 times the votes than the second place bike which bagged close to 15% votes. This award summed up the week-long event where dozens of new bikes were launched. This year’s competition also witnessed 25% more voters than last year.

With the Ducati Scrambler, the Italian bike manufacturer has tried to revive the glorious era of the 60s and 70s clubbed with the latest technologies Ducati has to offer. Weighing just 170kg dry, it is extremely easy to manoeuvre and the 800cc air-cooled, twin-cylinder engine surprises you with its 75bhp of power and the massive 68Nm of torque makes it stay composed even at the lower rpms. Wider handlebars, comfortable riding position and a seat height of just 790mm ensure that you are always in control of the motorcycle on any possible terrain.

The Scrambler is expected to be in Ducati dealerships worldwide from January 2015 onwards. The four colour options - Icon, Yellow and Red; Urban Enduro, characterised by its ‘Wild Green’ colour – ensure that you never fail to make heads turn wherever you go.
