Pre-bookings have already opened in Bengaluru, and the company says sales will gradually expand to more cities in the coming months.
E3 Trion Electric Scooter: AI Features Take Centre Stage
E3 describes its product as an AI-powered electric scooter, backed by what it calls the E3 Command Center. The system combines vehicle and cloud-based data to monitor the scooter's health, issue predictive service alerts, and perform diagnostics before problems become serious. A 5-inch LCD display comes as standard, paired with the company's TripSense connected platform.

Riders can use their smartphone as a secondary display for navigation and additional ride information. Connected features include trip planning with charger locations, remote battery monitoring, geofencing, vehicle controls, SOS assistance and an integrated dashcam. E3 also claims its AI HealthScan system can complete a vehicle health check in just 10 seconds.
Battery management is supported by an AI Digital Twin, which continuously analyses battery condition and provides real-time diagnostic information.
E3 Trion Electric Scooter: Battery, Range and Performance
The Trion range uses two battery options based on LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) chemistry. The entry-level C1 gets a removable 2.3kWh battery pack, whereas the C1x and C2 use a larger fixed 3kWh unit. Every variant is powered by a PMSM hub motor, though E3 has not disclosed power and torque figures yet. E3 claims an IDC-certified range of 165km for the C1x. The company is yet to announce the certified range of the C1. Also, if you are eyeing the C2, it receives a claimed top speed of 82km/h, along with a claimed 0-40km/h acceleration time of six seconds. Riding modes differ across the range too.
Eco and Power modes are available on the C1 and C1x, whereas the C2 adds a Sport mode for quicker responses. Another notable detail is the use of 14-inch wheels, which are larger than those found on many electric scooters currently sold in India.
Storage capacity also appears generous, with E3 claiming a combined 52 litres spread across the under-seat compartment, glovebox and floorboard.
