A month later, the Japanese motorcycle maker has confirmed that the deliveries of the 2021 Ninja 300 will commence soon. Hopefully by the first week of May 2021.
The Kawasaki Ninja 300 is priced at Rs 3.18 lakh ex-showroom. The 2021 BS6 model continues to be powered by the same 296cc parallel-twin engine. The power output is rated at 38.4bhp at 11,000rpm and a peak torque of 26.1Nm at 10,000rpm. In terms of features and safety, the Ninja 300 gets a dual-channel ABS unit, which works in tandem with a disc brake assembly at both ends – a 290mm rotor at the front and a 220mm rotor at the rear.
The motorcycle is offered in three colour options, Lime Green, Candy Lime Green Type 3, and Ebony. In terms of styling. It gets a split headlamp assembly, which still employs halogen bulbs.
The key rivals of the Kawasaki Ninja 300 are the TVS Apache RR310 and the KTM RC390, however, KTM has unlisted the RC390 from its India website hinting at the arrival of the updated model sooner than expected. The Apache RR310, on the flip side, sports more features and undercuts the Ninja 300 in terms of pricing, making it a better value for money proposition for someone looking to upgrade to the sportbike segment.
