Triumph Motorcycles has launched the limited edition Rocket X in India at a price tag of Rs 22,21,200 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Only 500 such models will be produced worldwide, out of which 15 have been set aside for the Indian market.

The Rocket X celebrates 10 years of world’s highest capacity bike - the Rocket III - and sports a custom paint scheme by 8 Ball. The process starts with craftsman applying a base Jet Black and clear coat layer. The bike is left for two days for the paint to dry after which 6 layers of lacquer are applied using ultra high solid paint. Two levels of polishing gives it the final touch.

“In continuation to our celebration of achieving 1600+ customers in India, we are elated to offer this Limited Edition Rocket X to the passionate motorcyclists in the country. One in a million, with a personalized numbered side panel and a billet aluminium “Rocket X” name badge, the Rocket X is as exclusive as it can get.” said Mr. Vimal Sumbly, Managing Director, Triumph Motorcycles India.

Each Rocket X will feature side panel badging and unique numbering. Further, the oil tank mounted Rocket X badge is machined from a billet of solid aluminum using a CNC milling machine, adding a premium touch to the bike.
