The new customisation tool on the Triumph India website makes the process of customising a new Triumph motorcycle more seamless, making the process of ordering a custom Triumph bike more convenient.

Triumph India has updated the new bike customisation tool on its company website to make it more user friendly and interactive. The new and improved tool now allows users to individually select custom item options for a motorcycle, with 180-degree rotation facility to show customers just what their new motorcycle will look like with the additional fitment. The prices of accessories are displayed alongside. Custom accessories available on the Triumph India website includes everything from electricals and performance upgrades to styling and protection accessories, comfort-oriented accessories, and luggage carrier options. Triumph also offers accessory kits for its motorcycles, depending on the type of the motorcycle, to make it easier for customers looking for a more wholesome alternative instead of individually selecting components.

Customers can also, of course, choose the colour of the motorcycle. Once finalised, they can save the customisation as a file and send it to a Triumph dealer of their choice.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Shoeb Farooq, Business Head Triumph Motorcycles India, said, 'Riders like their motorcycles to be a reflection of their personality. The new online customisation is our approach towards a phygital business strategy. With technology available at the swipe of a finger, the Triumph online customisation will enable buyers to customise their motorcycle even from their mobile devices, giving them a visual of how the machine will look with the chosen accessories. The wide variety of accessory categories can overwhelm when choosing in a shop, however digitally, it enables riders to try various combinations to know exactly how the motorcycle will look once the customisation is done'.
