Just after the brand had reshuffled the variant lineup of its Renault Triber, the French carmaker has updated its entry-level Kwid. For the MY21, the Kwid gets a variant reshuffle and more features.

Renault India has updated the Kwid – its most affordable product – for the model year 2021 (MY21). With the MY21 Kwid, Renault has re-shuffled the variants and added a few features across the lineup. With the new variant list, the price across the board has gone up by Rs 3,000-5,000.

The STD variant of the Renault Kwid has been discontinued making the RXE the new entry-level model in the Kwid’s lineup. Both the automatic, as well as, manual variants of the Neotech Edition have been discontinued as well.

The Kwid now gets dual airbags standard across variants making it compliant with the current and the upcoming safety norms.

The Renault Kwid Climber is the one that’s gained the most. Renault has added a dual-tone colour scheme, powered ORVMs and a day/night in the mix.

Following is the variant wise price break up of the 2021 Renault Kwid:
