BMW Group Announces M Drift Academy in India with M2 and M4 Cars for Sessions
BMW India announces its first drifting school, the BMW M Drift Academy, for enthusiasts. The event will take place at Raymond Compound, Thane, on April 26-27.

BMW Group India is starting the BMW M Drift Academy on April 26 and 27 at Raymonds Compound in Thane West. This new driving course is for people who want to learn drifting in BMW cars. Trained BMW instructors will guide the sessions, using models like the BMW M2 and M4. The academy also shares the message of safe driving with the #DriftResponsibly campaign.

Designed to unlock pure driving exhilaration, the academy offers an unforgettable journey packed with mastering various drifting techniques with utmost safety.

'Conducted under the watchful eyes of BMW certified instructors, each session promises edge-of-the-seat excitement and skill enhancement behind the wheel of BMW M cars. It's a perfect place where adrenaline meets precision, and every drift is a symphony of skill, speed and sound.'
The training runs for two days. It begins with classroom lessons before moving to track practice. Drivers will learn throttle control, drift starts, and how to complete half and full-circle drifts. The course also includes figure-eight drifting to help build skills for different track situations. The programme suits both new and experienced drivers.

In the evening, BMW Group India will hold BMW M After Hours. This event will have live drift shows, food stalls, and music from The Yellow Diary, Karan Kanchan, and Prithvi B2B SMG. It gives fans a space to talk about cars and driving.
