The reservations for the Hyundai Creta Facelift are now open in India, with a nominal fee of Rs 25,000. Interested customers can now book the mid-size Hyundai SUV in advance at any Hyundai dealership across the nation or through the official website. Furthermore, the automaker says that those with reservations for the current Creta now have the option to convert them for the upcoming 2024 model. Apart from the bookings, the automaker has shed light on some aspects of its upcoming car. The SUV will be available in seven different variants — E, EX, S, S(O), SX, SX Tech, and SX (O), and three different engines along with four different gearbox choices. The upcoming vehicle will feature a variety of comfort features and technologies, as well as the automaker's 'Sensuous Sportiness' global design language. While there is still time for a price announcement, the new Hyundai SUV is expected to command a significant premium over the current model, which costs Rs 10.87 lakh (ex-showroom).

Sharing his thoughts on the bookings open announcement, Mr. Tarun Garg, COO, of Hyundai Motor India Ltd., said, “Brand Creta is not just an SUV, it is an emotion. Over the past 8 years, every 3rd midsize* SUV sold in our country has been a Creta, a huge testament to the profound trust and love this brand has garnered among Indian customers. Despite the intensifying competition, Creta has maintained its unrivalled segment leadership, becoming the highest-selling mid-size SUV with over 9.5 lakh delighted customers enjoying the SUV life.''
