The Maruti Suzuki Wagon R now comes with six airbags as standard, instead of the previous two front airbags, as part of a safety update. It also features three-point seatbelts for all passengers and is compatible with E20 fuel. The Eeco also benefits from the six-airbag upgrade and now offers a six-seat, forward-facing layout, replacing the seven-seater version. While the updated Wagon R’s pricing is still not confirmed, a slight rise in cost is anticipated due to the enhanced safety updates. The hatch currently starts at Rs 5.64 lakh (ex-showroom). Let’s take a closer look at some key specifications of the Maruti Suzuki Wagon R.
