German tuning firm Brabus, famous for giving Mercedes cars a wicked after-market treatment, has the latest E Class wagon under its umbrella.

While the E-class station wagon can be had in the in-house developed AMG E43 performance version, Brabus will inject more muscle into every single version of the car, right from the base E200 to the aforementioned AMG, and yes, even the diesel.

Presently, Brabus has not unveiled any 800bhp+ fire breathing version of the current E-Class station wagon like it did with the previous generation of the car. However, the tuned top-end AMG E43, with 444 horses, is no slouch by any means, and will blaze through those long Autobahn stretches with ease.

Buyers can opt for something like the Brabus PowerXtra B20 kit, which gives the entry level E200 petrol roughly 221bhp of power and 330Nm of torque. If you happen to own a diesel powered E-Class such as the E220d or the E350d, Brabus will gladly sell you the PowerXtra D3 and D6 S modules, which give the former an extra 27bhp and 50Nm of power and torque respectively, while the more powerful E350d earns another 50bhp and 100Nm of horses and twist force.

Brabus’ tuning isn’t just limited to under the hood. A special body kit is being offered to enhance the E-Class station wagon, both aesthetically and aerodynamically. The new bumper at the front houses big intakes in the corners for reducing the axle lift at high speeds, claims Brabus.

At the rear, a new bumper with quad exhaust pipes does the trick. Those looking for even more distinction from the ‘regular’ E-Class may opt for the bigger alloy wheel designs that are between 18 and 21-inches.

To give the Brabus tuned AMG E43 a distinct character, Brabus has a bespoke exhaust for the car with a sound-changing flap that the owners can control from the steering wheel. The list also includes new springs to lower the ride height of the stock Merc.

Brabus offers a warranty that lasts three years or 100,000 kilometers / 62,000 miles for all of its parts.
