MG Motor India is expected to introduce the Cloud EV in India during the festive season of this year. The electric model is already available in select foreign markets with the moniker: Wuling. It has been seen testing on our roads multiple times, revealing various design elements including smooth surfaces, flush door handles, and full-width LED light bars. In a recent development, MG has released a teaser that highlights its upcoming offering's ‘comfort of a sedan and expanse of an SUV’. While there has been no formal announcement, this forthcoming 'Intelligent CUV' seems to be the Cloud EV. Globally, the Cloud EV is offered with two battery options: a 37.9kWh battery providing 360 kilometres of range, and a 50.6kWh battery offering up to 460 kilometres of range. Both units are powered by a 132bhp front axle-mounted electric motor. Although MG hasn't disclosed any details, the 50.6kWh battery variant is likely to be available for sale in our market.

MG Cloud EV: Dimensions and Design
Internationally, the MG Cloud EV measures 1,850mm in width and 1,652mm in height, which makes it both broader and taller than the MG ZS EV, but slightly shorter at 4,295mm.
