Nissan slashes prices for the Micra active by Rs. 54,000 for the XL variant and Rs. 46,000 for the XV variant.
Nissan India has slashed prices of the automatic variants of its Micra hatchback. The Nissan Micra automatic has been available with a choice of two variants – XL CVT and in the top-end XV CVT. The Nissan Micra XL CVT was earlier priced at Rs. 6.53 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), the car has now been made more affordable by Rs. 54,000 with the price now being pegged Rs. 5.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Meanwhile the top-end Micra XV CVT which was earlier priced at Rs. 7.19 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) now retails at Rs. 6.73 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), making it more affordable by Rs. 46,000.
The Nissan Micra CVT automatic is powered by a 1.2 litre, four cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine developing 76bhp of max power @ 6,000 rpm and 104Nm of peak torque @ 4,400 rpm. The engine is mated to a continuously variable automatic transmission sending power to the front wheels. The Nissan Micra automatic has an ARAI claimed fuel efficiency figure of 19.34 km/l.

This allows us to pass on these benefits to our customers in the form of a revised, even more competitive price for our popular premium hatchback” added Malhotra.
The top-end Nissan Micra XV CVT comes packed with features such as keyless entry and start / stop, climate control, steering mounted controls for the stereo, rear view camera, dual front airbags, anti-lock brakes with brake assist and electronic brake force distribution.
Prices for the entire range of Nissan Micra variants range between Rs. 5.37 lakh to Rs. 7.66 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
