
Nissan Magnite Facelift Becomes Expensive in India; Check New Prices Here
The Nissan Magnite's base variant faces a price increase of approximately Rs 13,000, while the top-of-the-line model is now Rs 22,000 costlier.

Nissan has increased the prices of its popular compact SUV, the Magnite, following the launch of its updated facelift version last year. Initially introduced at a competitive ex-showroom starting price of Rs 5.99 lakh, the Magnite has now seen price revisions of up to Rs 22,000 across different trims. The base variant faces an increase of approximately Rs 13,000, while the top-of-the-line model is now Rs 22,000 costlier. With these adjustments, the ex-showroom price of the Magnite ranges from Rs 6.12 lakh to Rs 9.24 lakh. Available in six variants – Visia, Visia+, Acenta, NConnecta, Tekna, and Tekna+ – the Magnite continues to be a feature-packed contender in the competitive compact SUV segment despite the revised pricing.
The design of the Magnite facelift SUV is compact, featuring LED headlamps, repositioned fog lamps, boomerang-size DRLs, a redesigned front bumper, a large grille with chrome and gloss-black elements, an aggressive skid plate, and new LED tail lamps along with 16-inch dual-tone diamond-cut alloy wheels.
Nissan Magnite Facelift: Powertrain
The Nissan Magnite has two engine choices: a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated (NA) unit generating 71bhp and 96Nm of torque, and a more robust 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine delivering 99bhp of maximum power and 160Nm of peak torque. Both configurations come with a standard five-speed manual transmission. For added convenience, the NA unit offers an optional five-speed automatic gearbox, while the turbocharged version features a CVT option.

The manual variants achieve a fuel efficiency of 20km/l, whereas the automatic models provide a mileage of 17.4km/l. While the entry-level engine is standard across the lineup, the turbocharged option is reserved for the Acenta trim and higher.
Nissan Magnite Facelift: Cabin and Features
The interior of the Magnite features a dual-tone tan and black colour scheme complemented by contrasting silver accents and stylish seat upholstery. In terms of features, the Nissan model includes an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless support for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster with enhanced graphics, a 360-degree Around View Monitor (AVM), and a sunroof. Additional amenities comprise automatic climate control, a push-button start/stop, steering-mounted controls, a redesigned key fob with remote start, and USB Type-C ports.
Safety and convenience enhancements include standard six airbags, hill start assist, ambient lighting with customisable shades, cruise control, traction control, rear AC vents, a cluster ioniser, ABS with EBD, an electronic stability program (ESP), auto headlamps, vehicle stability management, and armrests for both front and rear passengers.
