In April 2025, Suzuki Motorcycle India sold 95,214 units in the domestic market, reflecting an 8% increase over the 88,067 units sold in the same month last year.
Suzuki Motorcycle India commenced the fiscal year 2025–26 on a strong note, recording a 14% year-on-year (YoY) growth in domestic sales for April 2025, with 1.13 lakh units sold. In comparison, the bikemaker sold 99,377 units in April last year. This growth highlights the company's solid market presence and the continued demand for its two-wheelers, including models like the Access 125, Burgman Street, and Gixxer series. The increase in sales is attributed to strategic marketing efforts, an expanding dealer network, and a focus on customer-oriented innovations. The company concluded FY2024–25 with total sales of 12.56 lakh units, and its April performance suggests a steady start to the new fiscal year.

Meanwhile, Suzuki has recently introduced the 2025 OBD-2B compliant edition of the Suzuki Hayabusa, priced at Rs 16.90 lakh (ex-showroom). While the motorcycle retains its signature design, it is now offered in three new dual-tone colour schemes: Metallic Mat Steel Green with Glass Sparkle Black, Glass Sparkle Black with Metallic Mat Titanium Silver, and Metallic Mystic Silver with Pearl Vigor Blue.
The 2025 Hayabusa is equipped with a 1,340cc liquid-cooled, DOHC inline-four engine that delivers 187bhp at 9,700rpm and 150Nm of torque at 7,000rpm. Mated to a six-speed gearbox, the bike accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in under 3 seconds and achieves a top speed of 299km/h.
The bike is also packed with features such as launch control for swift starts, a bi-directional quick shifter for seamless gear transitions, and cruise control for relaxed long-distance cruising. Traction control enhances stability across various road conditions, while the low RPM assist helps avoid stalling in traffic.

As part of its efforts to improve customer reach, Suzuki Motorcycle India has enabled online booking of its two-wheelers through Flipkart in eight states across the country. In a separate achievement, the Suzuki Access earned a spot in the India Book of Records for the quickest scooter ride from Kuttanad – the lowest geographical point in India – to Komic, the nation’s highest-altitude village.
