Suzuki Motorcycle India recorded sales of 95,244 units in June 2025, marking an 8 per cent increase compared to the same month last year. The figure includes both domestic and export markets, indicating steady demand for the company’s two-wheeler products. This growth comes at a time when the overall market remains highly competitive. Suzuki’s consistent performance is likely supported by its core models and a growing retail network. The company has been focusing on improving product availability and customer reach, which may have contributed to the sales momentum. With this result, Suzuki Motorcycle India maintains its position as a key player in the segment as it heads into the next quarter.
Suzuki Motorcycle India reported total sales of 95,244 units in June 2025, representing an 8 per cent rise over the 88,287 units sold in the same month last year.
Within this, domestic sales reached 73,934 units, showing a 4 per cent improvement compared to 71,086 units in June 2024. Meanwhile, exports saw a sharper increase, growing by 24 per cent to 21,310 units from 17,201 units shipped in the corresponding month last year.

Commenting on the sales performance, Deepak Mutreja, Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., said, 'We remain optimistic as our growth continues across both domestic and international markets. Our continued focus on delivering a superior riding experience and customer-centric approach is driving this performance. We will continue to offer greater value to our customers as we strengthen our presence across markets and gear up for the months ahead.'
During June 2025, Suzuki Motorcycle India strengthened its two-wheeler range by introducing the GSX-8R, now updated to meet OBD-2B emission norms. Alongside this, the company also rolled out the OBD-2B compliant version of the V-Strom 800DE, which now comes in three additional colour schemes, expanding the choices available beyond the previous options.
The Suzuki GSX-8R comes equipped with a 776cc parallel-twin engine that uses a 270-degree crankshaft, along with a DOHC setup and four valves per cylinder. This engine delivers 82bhp and 78Nm of torque. The motorcycle is priced at Rs 9.25 lakh (ex-showroom).

On the other hand, the V-Strom 800DE features the same motor, slightly tuned to generate 83bhp, while torque output remains unchanged. Mated to a 6-speed gearbox, the engine is designed to offer a versatile riding experience, capable of handling both off-road conditions and highway cruising. The V-Strom 800DE is priced at Rs 10.30 lakh (ex-showroom), reflecting its more adventure-oriented capabilities.
