Mahindra posted a 14% year-on-year growth in passenger vehicle sales, with 78,969 units sold in June. The company stated that the rise in sales was largely driven by the continued momentum in its SUV and utility vehicle portfolio. Models like XUV700, Thar, and Scorpio continue to perform well in both urban and rural areas, contributing to the company’s steady sales momentum. Mahindra’s focus on utility vehicles and consistent supply has helped it maintain its position in a competitive market. The growth in June reflects the ongoing popularity of its core SUV range, which remains a key part of the brand’s strategy. With stable production and a strong product lineup, Mahindra aims to build on its sales performance in the Indian passenger vehicle segment.
