Both mid-size sedans received 29.71 out of 34 points in adult occupant protection and 42 out of 49 points in child occupant protection. <h2>Volkswagen Virtus, Skoda Slavia:&nbsp;Adult Occupant Crash Test Results&nbsp;</h2>

<p>The sedans received 29.71 out of the 34 points for adult occupant safety. According to tests, the Slavia and the Virtus offer satisfactory head and neck protection for the driver and passenger. The tests further reported that these models render adequate chest protection. Aside from this,&nbsp;both Slavia and Virtus demonstrated good occupant protection in the side impact test with a deformable barrier under the new GNCAP testing guidelines, scoring 14.2 out of 17 points. The two midsize sedans passed the side pole impact tests with an "OK" rating. The chest area's protection, on the other hand, was only fair.&nbsp;Further, the bodyshell and footwell area of the Slavia and the Virtus was deemed stable by the testing agency. According to the GNCAP report, these mid-size sedans are capable of bearing additional loadings.</p>

<h2>Volkswagen Virtus, Skoda Slavia:&nbsp;Child Occupant Crash Test Results</h2>

<p>The Slavia and the Virtus achieved 42 out of 49 points. It comprises 12 out of 12 points for the CRS (Child Restraint System) and 24 out of 24 points in the dynamic score.&nbsp;The UK testing company used the dummies of an 18-month-old and a 3-year-old child for testing the models. During the frontal impact test, the 3-year-old's child seat was able to fully safeguard by preventing head exposure. Further, the 18-month-old's child seat was also able to do the same. The child restraint systems of both provided complete side impact protection.&nbsp;The Slavia and the Virtus come standard with 3-point seatbelts in every seating position, but they do not provide a way to disable the front passenger airbag if a rearward-facing Child Restraint System (CRS), is fitted in that location.</p>

<h2>Volkswagen Virtus, Skoda Slavia: Safety Features&nbsp;</h2>

<p>Both the Volkswagen Virtus and the Skoda Slavia offer a range of safety features, including up to six airbags, rear parking sensors with a camera, TPMS, high-speed alert, ABS with EBD &amp; Brake Assist, multi-collision brakes (MCB), electronic stability control (ESC), traction control system (TCS), electronic differential lock system (EDL) and others.&nbsp;</p>
