This momentarily resulted in Car 1 unavoidably overtaking Car 81, a position which he gave back immediately.</p><p>'Article 55.15 of the FIA Sporting Regulations required Car 81 to proceed at a pace which involved no erratic braking nor any other manoeuvre which is likely to endanger other drivers from the point at which the lights on the safety car are turned off.</p><p>'What Car 81 did was clearly a breach of that article. <p>Alex Rins, rider for LCR Honda, will be replaced by Iker Lecuona as HRC assesses the young Spaniard ahead of a possible comeback to MotoGP. Rins fractured his leg in a collision during the Italian GP. According to reports, Alex Rins might consider switching to Yamaha from Honda for the 2023 MotoGP season due to Honda's handling of him. Both Rins and his former Suzuki colleague Joan Mir moved to the official Honda squad to compete alongside Marc Marquez after Suzuki's departure from MotoGP at the end of the 2022 season. The LCR Honda rider broke his tibia and fibula and has been documenting his recovery process.</p>

Tech3 has announced that Espargaro will return to official MotoGP action at Silverstone. He raced his bike for the first time since his collision at last month's Goodwood Festival of Speed.

What contributed to McLaren's progress were&nbsp;a complete car overhaul and technical structure changes initiated by&nbsp;McLaren Team Principal Andrea Stella. This led the team to claim a podium and&nbsp;a remarkable fourth-place finish at their home track. Stella&nbsp;steered the team past their struggles this season, following a poor start that left the Woking-based racing team at the bottom of the constructors' championship.</p>

<p>More "fantastic racing" is on the horizon, according to Brown, and he thinks championship leader Max Verstappen is "getting less further ahead" as the season progresses.</p>
