<p>The 2023 Ducati Monster SP is the newest addition to Ducati's Monster lineup in India. Prices for the latest offering from the Italian manufacturer start at Rs 15.95 lakh (ex-showroom). In the Indian market, this motorbike competes with the likes of the Triumph Street Triple RS thanks to upgraded design and hardware compared to the base model. The 2023 Ducati Monster SP combines a Superbike-derived chassis with a powerful engine tuned for the open road. The 937cc motorcycle is now available for ordering at all company dealerships throughout the nation, with deliveries&nbsp;beginning immediately. The bike comes with&nbsp;a step-up seat, side-mounted twin-pod exhaust, a tiny flyscreen, front indicators attached to the fuel tank shrouds, and more. The bike is painted red and black and rolls on 17-inch alloy wheels.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The SP version, although visually identical to the original model, has a MotoGP-inspired livery, blacked-out accents, and a cowl over the passenger seat. In addition to its strong fuel tank and front turn indicators concealed on the tank shrouds, a step-up seat, side-slung twin-pod exhaust, and 17-inch alloy wheels, the Ducati Monster SP also has a projector-style headlamp with LED DRL. It's worth noting that this particular model has a one-of-a-kind two-tone paint job that combines a red base with blacked-out details.&nbsp;</p>

<h2>Ducati Monster SP: Features</h2>

<p>This Ducati Monster will be equipped with full LED headlights, a 4.3-inch colour TFT display, a launch control system, a USB connection, three riding modes (Sport, Road, and Wet), cornering ABS, wheelie control, traction control, quick-shifter, and power modes. This motorcycle has heated handgrips and works with the Ducati Multimedia System. Several distinct parameters, including lap time, fuel level, and&nbsp;temperature are shown on the colour TFT display.</p>

<h2>Ducati Monster SP: Engine &amp; Gearbox</h2>

<p>Both the standard and the SP version of the Monster&nbsp;feature a 973cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 109.9bhp at 9,250rpm and 93Nm at 6,500rpm in terms of mechanical specifications. This engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Ducati recommends servicing it every 15,000km, or 24 months. The kerb weight of the motorbike is 186kg and it has a fuel capacity of 14 litres.</p>

<h2>Ducati Monster SP: Rivals</h2>

<p>In the Indian market, the Triumph Street Triple RS, the BMW F 900 R, and the Kawasaki Z900 are some of the rivals of the new Ducati Monster SP. The Ducati Monster SP will have Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tyres mounted on its 17-inch wheels before it is sent to India as a Completely Built Unit (CBU).</p>
