The 390 Duke gets those in white.&nbsp;The updated 250 Duke benefits from a blue finish to its front fender, fuel tank, and headlamp casing, while the wheels are finished in orange. <p>KTM has launched the updated 250 Duke in the Indian market. As you would have guessed already, the new model is basically the BS6 update of the motorcycle. However, along with that, KTM India has also equipped the 250 Duke with full LED headlamps. The KTM 250 Duke BS6 has been priced at Rs 2.09 lakh (ex-showroom), which makes it an increase of Rs 4,000 over the outgoing version.</p>

<p>Coming to the new 250 Duke’s design, it’s largely unchanged from the old model, except for the addition of a new LED headlamp unit. The split styled LED lamps are identical to the ones offered with the KTM 390 Duke, and they definitely give the 250 Duke a more premium and edgy look. Apart from this, the motorcycle now comes with new colour options – Dark Galvano &amp; Silver Metallic.</p>

<p>Powering the motorcycle is the same 248.8cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, albeit it now meets BS6 norms. The engine develops 29.6bhp @ 9,000rpm and 24Nm of torque at 7,500rpm. It’s mated to a six-speed gearbox, and there’s a slipper clutch as well.</p>

<p>The suspension hardware is unchanged, meaning that it continues to come fitted with WP USD front forks and a mono-shock at the back wheel. The motorcycle gets disc brakes on both wheels, and dual-channel ABS is also offered. The KTM 250 Duke also gets the company’s ‘Supermoto’ mode for ABS, which allows the rider to disengage ABS from the rear wheel at the press of a button.</p>

<p>The KTM 250 Duke competes with the likes of Suzuki Gixxer 250, Bajaj Dominar 250, and the recently launched Yamaha FZ25. That said, all its rivals are considerably more affordable. However, the KTM is easily the most powerful and most advanced bike in its segment.</p>
