<a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/skoda/">Skoda</a> has given its Kushaq mid-size SUV a host of variant-wise revisions as part of MY2024 updates. You can now bring home the more affordable Kushaq at an ex-showroom price of Rs 10.89 lakh, down from an earlier Rs 11.99 lakh. This comes along with a revised&nbsp;variant line-up of the SUV. Doing away with the previous nomenclature,&nbsp;Skoda now has the following variants on offer: Classic (Rs 10.89 lakh), Signature (Rs 14.19 lakh),&nbsp;and Prestige (Rs 16.09 lakh), corresponding to&nbsp;Active, Ambition, and Style variants. However, the Monte Carlo (Rs 15.60 lakh) and Onyx (Rs 12.89 lakh) variants continue to be available with the SUV. All mentioned figures are starting prices, ex-showroom.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The Skoda Kushaq&nbsp;gets two engine options:&nbsp;a 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol mated to either a 6-speed MT or 6-speed AT, and&nbsp;a&nbsp;1.5-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine coupled with either a&nbsp;6-speed MT or 7-speed DSG.&nbsp;The 1.0-litre petrol unit&nbsp;churns out&nbsp;114bhp and 178Nm of torque, while&nbsp;the more potent&nbsp;1.5-litre engine makes 148bhp and 250Nm of torque.&nbsp;

The 1.0-litre turbo-petrol MT is available with the Classic and Onyx variants, while the latter can additionally be had with an automatic transmission. Meanwhile, the other three&nbsp;– Signature, Prestige, and Monte Carlo&nbsp;– come with&nbsp;both engine options. With a 19.76km/l mileage, the&nbsp;1.0 turbo-petrol&nbsp;MT engine is the most efficient option, while the&nbsp;1.0 turbo-petrol AT, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol MT, and&nbsp;1.5-litre turbo-petrol DCT returns 18.09km/l, 18.6km/l, and 18.86km/l, respectively.&nbsp;

The&nbsp;Skoda Kushaq Prestige shares nearly everything with the Monte Carlo, except for the Monte Carlo-specific exterior and interior bits. Even so, it is&nbsp;Rs 49,000 more expensive than the Monte Carlo.&nbsp;
