The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) website has a recall document from Lamborghini that states that the affected Urus SUVs may have gaps between the hood and front bumper that could widen at high speeds.

The Lamborghini Urus Performante Essenza SCV12 Special Edition draws power from a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine that pumps out 658bhp of maximum power and 850Nm of peak torque. For transmission duties, the hypercar comes with an 8-speed automatic gearbox. 

Driving an Urus on the road is an event in itself, but what happens when you get a dirt track to take the most extreme Urus ever and throw it sideways at full pelt? If you look at Lamborghini’s history, you will notice one unique product that came much before its time.

The Lamborghini Urus S has been launched in India at Rs 4.18 crore (ex-showroom). It competes with the Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, the BMW XM, the Audi RSQ8, and several other models in the market.

The Urus has been a best seller for Lamborghini, but that success does not mean the company is sitting on its laurels. With the Performante, they've created an SUV that's more powerful, wider, faster and louder than its standard.
