Hero MotoCorp, the leading&nbsp;two-wheeler manufacturer in the country, has launched a&nbsp;brand-new scooter in India. The new Hero Xoom 110 has made its way to the Indian market with&nbsp;a starting price&nbsp;of Rs 68,599 (ex-showroom) for the base LX variant, whereas the VX and the ZX variants cost&nbsp;Rs 71,799 and Rs 76,699 (ex-showroom), respectively. The bookings for the scooter are going to commence from 1st February. After the Pleasure Plus and the Maestro Edge, the Hero Maestro Xoom,&nbsp;is&nbsp;the&nbsp;automaker's&nbsp;third 110cc gearless scooter in the lineup.&nbsp;Hero&nbsp;MotoCorp gave its dealers a first look at the scooter in September of last year at a private event where it showcased some of the model's features and styling. Both the invitation for the current launch event and photos from the September event already indicated that the Maestro Xoom will look very different from its sibling models. All set to compete in the&nbsp;110cc market, the new&nbsp;Hero Maestro Xoom&nbsp;includes a number of upgrades and new features over the standard model. The <a href="https://www.autox.com/news/bike-news/hero-maestro-xoom-110-india-launch-soon-what-to-expect-112300/">all-new Hero Maestro Xoom 110</a> shares the same mechanical foundation&nbsp;as other 110cc Maestro Edge variants. It is propelled by a 110.9cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine with a CVT that produces 8.04bhp of maximum power&nbsp;at 7,500rpm&nbsp;and 8.75Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm. Notably, Hero&nbsp;MotoCorp also features&nbsp;its patented i3S technology in this gearless scooter. According to the manufacturer, this cutting-edge technology will improve the fuel efficiency of the Maestro Xoom 110. The scooter also has a dedicated button located on the handlebar&nbsp;that can be used to turn it on.&nbsp;

The <a href="https://www.autox.com/news/bike-news/hero-launches-pleasure-plus-and-maestro-edge-125-scooters-105961/">new Hero Maestro</a> Xoom is the top-of-the-line 110cc Maestro variant with the most features. Since the Maestro Edge's headlamp is mounted on the handlebar fairing, the Maestro Zoom's headlamp now has a revised front apron with the headlamp placed low on the apron. Additionally, the scooter has a two-tone paint job, and the indicators are housed in the fairing on the handlebar. The headlamp is&nbsp;an LED component with an H-pattern LED DRL.&nbsp;A digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity will also be available. Hero is&nbsp;offering the Maestro Xoom in a variety of vibrant colours, and it will ride on 12-inch wheels.&nbsp;The suspension system of the scooter features telescopic forks, a monoshock, and&nbsp;a disc-drum braking system.

Additionally, according to prior details, the scooter will have a digital instrument panel.&nbsp;With 12-inch alloy wheels on both ends, it may be sportier in terms of cycle parts than the <a href="https://www.autox.com/track-test/hero-maestro-edge-125-track-test-106853/">Maestro Edge</a>, which has a 10-inch rear wheel. Meanwhile, the suspension system will include telescopic forks, a monoshock, and a disc-drum braking system.

Speaking of the powertrain, the Xoom will likely receive the same 110cc engine as the Maestro Edge 110. The new Xoom scooter will be more expensive and positioned above the <a href="https://www.autox.com/news/bike-news/hero-launches-pleasure-plus-and-maestro-edge-125-scooters-105961/">Maestro Edge</a>, which is currently offered for between Rs 66,820 (ex-showroom)&nbsp;for the drum variant&nbsp;and Rs 73,498 (ex-showroom) for the&nbsp;disc variant.&nbsp;The Hero Xoom 110 will primarily compete with the Honda Dio in the Indian market, with prices expected to start at Rs 80,000 (ex-showroom).
