The full Tata.ev lineup is now also available&nbsp;on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), the official platform where government bodies buy products and services. Tata Curvv, Tiago EVs Get Listed on Indian Government e-Marketplace 

Tata Motors has also announced that its full EV lineup is now available for purchase on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform.

<p>The Tata Punch EV offers two powertrain options: Medium Range (MR) and Long Range (LR).&nbsp;For this month, the MY2024 Punch EV models are&nbsp;available with discounts of up to Rs 70,000. The Smart and Smart+ trims of the 3.3kW&nbsp;MR (Medium Range)&nbsp;variant are eligible for Rs 40,000 off, while the other 3.3kW&nbsp;MR versions receive Rs 50,000 in discounts. The 3.3kW&nbsp;LR (Long Range) version gets a Rs 50,000 discount, whereas&nbsp;the LR variants with a 7.2kW fast charger are offered with Rs 70,000 off. The MY2025 Punch EV comes with a flat Rs 40,000 discount.</p>

<p>The MR variant features a 25kWh battery, providing a range of 315km (MIDC), while the LR variant comes with a larger 35kWh battery, offering a range of 421km (MIDC) on a single charge. Both powertrains are paired with permanent magnet synchronous motors, though the MR variant generates less power at 81bhp compared to the LR’s 120bhp. With 81bhp and 114Nm of torque, the Punch EV MR accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 13.5 seconds, whereas the LR variant, with 120bhp and 190Nm, completes the same sprint in 9.5 seconds.</p>

<p>The&nbsp;Tiago EV takes&nbsp;57 minutes (claimed) to charge to 80 per cent from 10 per cent, with a DC fast charger. Tata also offers a 3.3kW AC wallbox charger as standard as well as an optional&nbsp;7.2kW AC fast charger. Using the&nbsp;3.3kW wallbox charger, the medium-range and long-range versions can be fully charged from 10&nbsp;to 100 per cent&nbsp;in 5.1 hours and 6.4 hours, respectively. The&nbsp;7.2kW charger can charge the medium-range version in 2.6 hours but takes 3.6 hours to charge the long-range variant.</p>

<p>The Tiago EV is packed with numerous features,&nbsp;including a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, electric ORVMs with auto fold, rain-sensing wipers, a 4-speaker Harman sound system with four tweeters, cruise control, auto headlamps, steering-mounted controls, and dual front airbags.&nbsp;In terms of battery specs, the electrified Tiago offers two options: a 19.2kWh unit and a 24kWh unit. The smaller battery produces 110Nm and 60bhp, whereas the larger unit generates 114Nm and 73bhp.</p>

<p>The higher-spec models feature the larger battery, offering a 315-kilometre MIDC range. The entry-level models, on the other hand, are powered by the smaller one and offer a MIDC range of 250 kilometres.</p>

<p>With a single motor mounted on the back axle and a 17.3kWh battery, the Comet can produce up to 110Nm of maximum torque and 41bhp of peak power. It now has a new 7.4kW AC fast-charging option, which can charge the vehicle in less than 3.5 hours, compared to seven hours taken by the old charger. However, it is essential to keep in mind that only the Excite and the Exclusive editions offer the fast charging option.</p>
