The Yamaha FZ-X has received a model year update for 2023 and in the process, Yamaha also added a new paint scheme and traction control to the motorcycle. The engine is now E20 fuel ready and the FZ-X now gets a OBD II diagnostic port as well to comply with regulatory norms.

To us, it seemed that Yamaha was in too much of a rush to launch the FZ-X here in India. Other than its very peculiar and, dare we say, unattractive design, the FZ-X is essentially an FZ-S in some funky new clothes.
