Skoda Slavia Exterior Details

The Skoda Slavia is a mid-sized sedan that will be based on Skoda's MQB A0 IN platform underpinning Skoda's Kushaq mid-sized SUV and Volkswagen's Taigun. Like those cousin mid-sized SUVs, the Slavia will also share underpinnings and other bits with Volkswagen's upcoming mid-size sedan, the Volkswagen Virtus. The Skoda Slavia's front end takes design inspiration from the larger sibling, the Octavia, as well as the international spec Fabia. The car gets a large front grille and LED headlights complete with integrated DRLs. The lower bumper gets additional accents. The car gets a clean profile and a slightly swept hood. The dimensions of the Slavia come in at 4541mm in length, 1752mm in width and 1487mm in height. The Slavia also gets a 521-litre boot.

Skoda Slavia Interior Details

The Skoda Slavia interior is posh and polished. It takes interior cues from the SUV Skoda Kushaq. The centre console is decorated with a 10-inch infotainment screen. The driver's cockpit gets an 8-inch display as well. The Skoda Slavia gets a dual-tone dashboard with black and beige finishing. The dash also gets brown accents that replicate wood and piano black accents as well. The driver cockpit features a two-spoke steering wheel and a wireless charger sits under the digital infotainment screen. On the rear, the Skoda Slavia gets rear AC vents, USB ports and adjustable headrests as well.

Skoda Slavia Engine & Transmission

The Skoda Slavia gets two engine units. The 1.0-litre variant of the Slavia is powered by a 1.0-litre three-cylinder TSI engine. That unit is capable of putting down 114PS of power at 5000rpm and 175Nm of torque at 1750rpm. It is mated to a six-speed manual transmission with a six-speed automatic transmission option as well. The Skoda Slavia 1.5 on the other hand, is powered by a higher-performing 1.5-litre four-cylinder TSI engine. This 1.5-litre four-cylinder is also a turbocharged TSI unit. This larger engine is capable of putting down 150PS of power at 5000rpm and 250Nm of torque at 1600rpm. Transmission options in the Skoda Slavia 1.5 TSI include a six-speed manual transmission, as well as a seven-speed automatic DSG gearbox.  

Skoda Slavia Features

The Skoda Slavia features include a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. While the driver's side gets an 8-inch digital driver’s display. Other features include a wireless phone charger, ambient interior lighting, touch climate controls, sunroof, cruise control, and ventilated front seats. Skoda Slavia safety features are modern as well. The car gets six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, traction control, hill hold control, rear parking camera and tyre pressure monitoring.

Skoda Slavia Price & Variants 

The Skoda Slavia is priced starting at ₹10.69 lakhs (Ex-Showroom). It gets three trim options - Active, Ambition and Style, with two engine options - the 1.0-litre unit and 1.5-litre unit. Skoda Slavia's price goes up to ₹17.79 lakhs (Ex-Showroom) for the top-of-the-line Style 1.5-litre with DSG transmission. Skoda Slavia colour schemes include five colours - Crystal Blue, Carbon Steel, Brilliant Silver, Tornado Red and Candy White.
