The Chigee AIO-6 LTE combines navigation, LTE connectivity, dashcam support, and rider-assistance tech to bring modern connected features to your motorcycle.

If the traditional GPS was the compass that guided the early adventure riders, the smartphone was the tool that nearly ruined them. We’ve all experienced that – squinting at an iPhone screen in the peak of an Indian summer or watching a Rs 1 lakh Samsung vibrate itself to death on a QuadLock. It was a choice between a crash and the cash, and both were expensive consequences. Chigee claims to have the solution to most adventure-riding hurdles with the AIO-6 LTE. But in a world where ‘modern’ often just means ‘more expensive,’ does this 6-inch powerhouse deserve a place on your handlebars?
The first thing you’ll notice is its size. At 6 inches, it sits right in the ‘Goldilocks zone’ – larger than cramped 5-inch units but not as ungainly as a 7-inch tablet.

The screen is an IPS LCD with a staggering 2,000 – 2,300 nits of brightness. For context, that is nearly double the peak brightness of the older AIO-5. In my experience, even with a tinted visor under the harsh glare of high noon, the 1080p resolution remains sharp and perfectly legible.
The build quality is equally impressive. The unit features an IP69K-rated, ruggedised Aluminium alloy housing that feels like it can take a literal beating on a fast-paced trail and emerge unscathed.

The mounting accessories and the Bluetooth button controls are similarly well-built and intelligently designed.
The 'LTE' suffix here isn't mere marketing fluff to justify a higher price tag; it represents a fundamental hardware shift. Unlike the Max version, which is effectively the standard unit, the LTE model accommodates a 4G SIM card, transforming the motorcycle into a fully connected IoT device. This integration opens up a suite of security features that make sense for a high-end display.

You get real-time GPS tracking and geo-fencing, allowing you to monitor your motorcycle’s location or set a virtual perimeter that triggers an alert on your phone the moment it’s breached.
If you have opted for the optional dashcams, you can even pull up a live remote feed of your bike’s surroundings from anywhere in the world.

The system also handles vibration alarms, pushing notifications if someone attempts to move your machine while it is parked. A word of advice: if you think you might want this connectivity later, buy the LTE version now. Because the internal hardware is fundamentally different, there is no software unlock or modular upgrade path for the non-LTE units down the line.
Beyond the wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto – which boot up with lightning speed – the AIO-6 is a data nerd’s dream. If you’re on a late-model BMW with Navigation Preparation, it’s a plug-and-play affair that lets you use the Wonder Wheel to scroll through lean angles and tyre pressures. For everyone else, the optional OBD-II dongle brings that factory feel to any bike, displaying RPM, throttle position, and engine temperatures.
Then there is the Blind Spot Detection (BSD). Using 1080p, 60 fps cameras, the unit overlays flashing warnings on the screen when a vehicle approaches from behind. Is it a replacement for a shoulder check? Absolutely not. But as an extra layer of protection, it’s a welcome addition.
Now comes the inevitable ‘but’ – this is not an inexpensive piece of kit. The fully decked-out setup featured here – which includes the display unit, cameras, quick-release kit, storage bag, and Bluetooth remote control – will cost you Rs 91,500. Refer to the table for the parts we installed and the final cost.
Now, for a casual Sunday rider, that's a tough pill to swallow. However, if you're the kind of rider who lives for long-distance touring or technical trails where your phone is a liability, the AIO-6 LTE proves itself as a compelling, albeit premium, choice. It’s over-engineered, polished, and arguably the best way to bring modern tech to your old set of handlebars. Just be prepared to pay for it.
