In the future, according to the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), world-class Formula One drivers such as Charles Leclerc, Max Verstappen, and Lewis Hamilton will race on circuits throughout the world using cars powered by Indian expertise. In the future, IOC, the largest fuel retailer and refiner in India, hopes to supply Formula 1 teams with the same high-quality fuel as industry heavyweights like Castrol, Petronas, Shell, and ExxonMobil. Over the next three months, the IOC hopes to have certified its Formula 1 fuel. The company's goal is to compete with other significant players in the fuel supply market for Formula 1 teams after certification.

Shrikant Madhav Vaidya, Chairman of the International Indian Oil Corporation, has brought attention to the rigorous regulations imposed on Formula 1 fuel by the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), the world governing body of motorsport. Ensuring the fuel fulfils the high-octane criteria necessary for top-tier racing, these regulations address several factors, including allowed additives and blending agents.

In a future envisioned by the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), world-class Formula One drivers like Red Bull's Max Verstappen, Mercedes's Lewis Hamilton, and Ferrari's Charles Leclerc race across the world in F1 cars powered by innovations made in India.

The certification of the IOC's Formula 1 fuel is expected by Chairman Shrikant Madhav Vaidya within the next three months. This is a significant milestone that will put the firm in a position to compete with other worldwide majors for supplying teams in the championship. The worldwide motorsport governing organisation, the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), has strict requirements that Formula 1 fuel must meet, including a high-octane composition. Among the many criteria covered by these guidelines are the types of additives and blending agents that are considered acceptable.

Consequently, fuel manufacturers tailor their wares to meet the unique demands of each racing team's engines and the performance standards they require. Ten Formula One teams compete each year in a series where the engine is provided by Mercedes, Honda, Renault and Ferrari.
