Sai Sanjay wins for Speed Demons Delhi as Indian Racing Festival 2025 opens in Coimbatore; Apostolidis and Madesh take Formula 4 wins as action heats up.

The Indian Racing Festival 2025 began with energy and anticipation at Coimbatore’s Kari Motor Speedway. Fans were treated to two days of tight racing as drivers from across regions lined up on the grid, ready to push their limits in every category. The action moved from the front row to the final corners, holding the crowd’s attention and bringing the circuit to life. With three different categories: IRL, Formula 4, and LGBF4, each race offered drivers the chance to demonstrate their skills under pressure.

Home support was strong for Sai Sanjay, who delivered a solid win for Speed Demons Delhi in IRL Race 2. His performance brought the team and fans much to celebrate, with Fabienne Wohlwend of Goa Aces taking second place and Neel Jani from Kichcha’s Kings Bengaluru rounding out the podium. Earlier, Race 1 saw Akshay Bohra launch a strong early challenge, but shifting momentum gave others an opening to move forward.

Formula 4 races added their own twist to the weekend. Vasilis Apostolidis managed the challenges of a wet track to secure victory in Race 1, while Ishaan Madesh responded with a determined drive to clinch Race 2. In the LGBF4 category, Diljit TS stayed consistent to notch up back-to-back wins as the field saw close contests and changes at the top.
