Marco Bezzecchi led Aprilia to a one-two finish at the Valencia Grand Prix, crossing the line ahead of Trackhouse Aprilia's Raul Fernandez. The race concluded the MotoGP calendar with intense battles across the pack as positions changed repeatedly in the closing stages. Fabio Di Giannantonio secured third for VR46 Ducati after a late charge, moving through the group in the final laps to complete the podium. The race began with Alex Marquez at the front after his sprint success but his pace faded faded near the end. As the final laps unfolded, Pedro Acosta, Di Giannantonio overtook the Spanish rider.

Honda recorded a mixed outcome but collected enough points through Luca Marini’s seventh-place finish to move into concession rank C for the 2026 season. The adjustment restricts in-season engine development and testing with race riders. However, the team regarded the change as an opportunity to reorganise its technical approach and long-term project direction, setting out a fresh base for next year.

Jack Miller finished ninth after losing positions in the late stages to Marini and Brad Binder, while Enea Bastianini completed the top ten. Joan Mir came home 13th after serving a long-lap penalty for contact with Marini in the sprint. He finished behind Miguel Oliveira and Johann Zarco.
