Marc Marquez was back to doing what he does best at the Sachsenring, winning with ease. The Spanish rider delivered a calm, commanding performance to take his ninth German Grand Prix victory. Starting from pole, he led every lap and finished over seven seconds ahead of the rest. It was also his 69th win in the premier class, pushing him to second place on the all-time winners list. While chaos unfolded behind him, Marquez looked completely unbothered.
The drama started even before the race began. Franco Morbidelli was ruled out after hurting his shoulder in the Sprint race, joining Maverick Vinales on the sidelines. Once the lights went out, Marquez pulled ahead smoothly. Behind him, Fabio Di Giannantonio and Marco Bezzecchi battled for second, while rookie Pedro Acosta crashed early at Turn 2.

Di Giannantonio and Bezzecchi both crashed out of strong positions, and soon after, Johann Zarco, Ai Ogura, Joan Mir, and Lorenzo Savadori also went down there. One by one, riders dropped out, leaving only ten to see the finish line.

Further back, Fabio Quartararo made steady progress, getting past Jack Miller for seventh. Fermin Aldeguer followed suit, while Miller dropped behind Luca Marini and Brad Binder. With so many riders out, even midfield battles became meaningful.
