Here is everything to know about the 2025 MotoGP San Marino GP, which will run for 27 laps at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.

MotoGP heads back to Misano for Round 16, where Marc Marquez sits atop the championship standings with a commanding 182-point advantage. Whilst the Ducati star cannot mathematically seal the title this weekend, he'll be keen to get back to winning ways after his brother Alex brought his victory run to an abrupt halt at the Catalan GP. Should Marquez manage a seventh-place finish or better in the sprint race, he could set himself up perfectly to clinch the championship when the circus moves to Japan next weekend.
The Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli has been a happy hunting ground for Marquez throughout his career, with seven victories at the Italian venue cementing his status as one of the track's most accomplished riders. KTM will be hoping to narrow the deficit, with promising rookie Pedro Acosta carrying excellent momentum after stringing together four consecutive top-five finishes.
