Company officials say strict quality control measures and streamlined production processes have been key to maintaining consistent output, especially as the EV sector continues to see new entrants and rising competition.</p>

<p>Looking ahead, Ather is building a new facility in Maharashtra. The plant will be developed in two phases and incorporate Industry 4.0 manufacturing systems to improve efficiency. Once operational, it is expected to take Ather’s total production capacity to 1.42 million units annually.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, Ather’s charging infrastructure has been growing alongside its manufacturing capacity. The Ather 450 Apex comes equipped with a 3.7kWh lithium-ion battery and has an ARAI-certified range of 157 kilometres. It can go from 0 to 40km/h in 2.9 seconds.

<p><a href="https://www.autox.com/new-bikes/ather/">Ather Energy</a> has rolled out a new feature for the Rizta Z electric scooter, allowing its digital instrument cluster to display regional languages. This will be the first time an electric two-wheeler brand in India offers such functionality. The feature will be introduced via an over-the-air update, initially supporting Hindi, with plans to gradually add other languages such as Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. It is important to note that the new update is limited to the Z variant.&nbsp;</p><p>Commenting on the occasion,&nbsp;Ravneet Singh Phokela, Chief Business Officer, Ather Energy Limited, remarked, 'Since the beginning we have designed and built our technology and products from the ground up, keeping the needs of Indian consumers in mind. Given India's rich diversity, and the pride that people take in their regional languages, our intent was to make our scooters more user-friendly. We believe the multi-language dashboard would allow the riders to personalise their scooters in the language of their preference.'</p><h2>Ather Rizta: Variants and Price</h2><p>Derived from the <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-bikes/ather/450x-gen-3/">Ather 450X</a>, the <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-bikes/ather/rizta/">Rizta</a> is offered in S and Z variants. If you go for the S variant, it has a 2.9kWh battery and costs Rs 99,999. The Z variant lets you pick between the same 2.9kWh battery or a bigger 3.7kWh one, with prices ranging from Rs 1.19 lakh to Rs 1.39 lakh. These are ex-showroom prices for New Delhi.</p><h2>Ather Rizta: Battery Specs and Charging</h2><p>As mentioned, the Ather Rizta features two battery options: a 2.9kWh pack offering a claimed IDC range of 123km and a 3.7kWh pack providing an IDC range of 159km. In real-world conditions, these figures are approximately 105km and 125km, respectively. Braking duties are handled by a disc-drum setup, complemented by a combined braking system. The scooter rides on 12-inch alloy wheels fitted with 90/90 front and 100/80 rear tubeless tyres.<br><br>In terms of features, the Rizta also offers Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, two riding modes (Smart Eco and Zip), auto hill hold, reverse mode, FallSafe technology, traction control, an emergency stop signal, Skid Control, and an under-seat wireless charger.
