Company officials say strict quality control measures and streamlined production processes have been key to maintaining consistent output, especially as the EV sector continues to see new entrants and rising competition.</p>

<p>Looking ahead, Ather is building a new facility in Maharashtra. The plant will be developed in two phases and incorporate Industry 4.0 manufacturing systems to improve efficiency. Once operational, it is expected to take Ather’s total production capacity to 1.42 million units annually.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, Ather’s charging infrastructure has been growing alongside its manufacturing capacity. Ather Grid fast-charging network now has over 4,000 public chargers in India and has expanded into neighbouring markets in Nepal and Sri Lanka.
