<p>Bajaj Auto has taken full control of KTM AG after receiving all regulatory approvals for its €800-million takeover. The final clearance from European authorities closed a process that had been under review for several months. Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV, a fully owned subsidiary, has acquired all shares of Pierer Bajaj AG, the holding company that oversaw KTM and its parent group. <p>Bajaj Auto Ltd. has confirmed a notable price&nbsp;revision across its Bajaj and KTM range, following the most recent GST update.&nbsp;Models from both brands with engine capacities of 350cc or below will see price reductions of up to Rs 20,000. However, the company has not disclosed the exact price list.&nbsp;Bajaj models to benefit from the price reductions include Avenger, Pulsar, Platina, and CT series.
