<p>Bajaj Auto has taken full control of KTM AG after receiving all regulatory approvals for its €800-million takeover. The final clearance from European authorities closed a process that had been under review for several months. Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV, a fully owned subsidiary, has acquired all shares of Pierer Bajaj AG, the holding company that oversaw KTM and its parent group.
