<p>The entry-level retro&nbsp;<a href="https://www.autox.com/new-bikes/keeway/sr-125/">SR125</a> from Hungarian motorcycle manufacturer Keeway is now available in India for ₹1.19 lakh (ex-showroom).&nbsp;One of the priciest 125cc motorcycles in the market,&nbsp;the Keeway SR125 is the seventh bike to join the firm's&nbsp;line-up.&nbsp;It will be available in three exciting&nbsp;colour options-&nbsp;Glossy Black, Glossy Red, and Glossy White.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Keeway-Benelli dealerships will provide the test rides of the Keeway SR125 starting mid-October, and the deliveries for the same will commence by the end of this month. The motorcycle&nbsp;is open for bookings for a token amount of ₹1,000 on the company's website and at&nbsp;Keeway-Benelli dealerships.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Keeway SR125 is propelled by a 125cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, fuel-injected engine that produces 8.2Nm of peak torque at 7,500rpm&nbsp;and 9.5bhp of max power at 9,000rpm.&nbsp;The engine comes paired&nbsp;with a 5-speed manual transmission.&nbsp;It has twin spring-loaded rear shock absorbers and telescopic front forks. The motorcycle also gets a combined&nbsp;braking system with disc brakes on either end.</p>

<p>A 14.5-litre fuel tank, a teardrop-shaped body, and a small side panel make up the majority of the Keeway SR 125's relatively straightforward design. A single-piece seat painted in tan brown gives a touch of contrast, as does the compact, halogen headlamp that is positioned over a single-pod, colour digital display. A tiny fender, a spherical taillight, and indicators are all that can be seen in the very minimalist tail area.&nbsp;</p>

<p>With a price tag of ₹1.19 lakh (ex-showroom), the SR125 currently stands&nbsp;equivalent to&nbsp;the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.autox.com/new-bikes/tvs/apache-rtr-160/">TVS Apache RTR 160</a> and<a href="https://www.autox.com/new-bikes/yamaha/fz-fi/"> Yamaha FZ</a> series in terms of cost. Albeit, it's more of a niche product in comparison to the other two.&nbsp;</p>

2022 Keeway SR125 launched at Rs 1.19 lakh

The brand-new 2022 Keeway SR 125 has been introduced in India for Rs. 1.19 lakh (ex-showroom). Bookings for the same are now available for an amount of Rs 1,000, and deliveries will start by the end of October.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Keeway SR125 is a retro commuter bike with
        classic looks and smooth performance. It comes with a digital instrument
        cluster, side-stand engine cut-off function, LED DRLs, and a combined braking
        system. It rivals the Honda Shine and the Bajaj CT125X in the commuter segment.</p>
