If you want peace in your life, please dont purchase this Odyssey evoqis (scrap) bike. It has numerous problems, including mileage troubles and poor reliability. Additionally, if you take the bike in for servicing, the dealership service department takes a very long time to react. I seriously doubt that they were trying to sell me a tricycle or a first handle bike. I'm scared to ride my bike since I have no idea where it will end.

Despite its affordable price, the Odysse Evoqis Lite sports a sleek design, offers a 75km/h top speed, and delivers a claimed range of 90 km per charge. 


Odysse Electric Vehicles, a Mumbai-based electric vehicle manufacturer,&nbsp;has launched its two new scooters –&nbsp;Snap high-speed and E2 low-speed. The former is priced at Rs 79,999, whereas the latter carries a price tag of Rs 69,999. The prices are ex-showroom, Mumbai.&nbsp;

Powering the Snap high-speed electric scooter is a 3bhp (2kW) electric motor, which has a top speed of 60km/h. The motor boasts an IP67 rating for water resistance, and is coupled with&nbsp;an AIS 156-approved Lithium-ion battery. The latter, which is claimed to be fireproof, long-lasting, and simple to maintain, offers a range of 105km on a single charge. Claimed charging time for the smart battery is less than 4 hours. Features-wise, the high-speed electric scooter offers cruise control and a&nbsp;CAN-enabled display for exact battery level monitoring and&nbsp;distance-to-empty calculations.&nbsp;

Odysse Electric Vehicles has launched the Vader electric bike in India. With this, the Vader becomes the first electric bike in the country to get a 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster with Android Display and Google Map navigation. Hereafter, the two-wheeler brand&nbsp;will have two electric bikes that Indian customers can buy - the Evoqis Electric and the Vader Electric. Speaking of its pricing, the new Vader Electric stands at Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom). People who are interested&nbsp;in buying can book the new model at a nominal amount of Rs 999. The bookings for the latest bike have been underway since March 31 with deliveries to begin from July. You can choose among 5 new colours - Midnight Blue, Fiery Red, Glossy Black, Venom Green, and Misty Grey.

<h2>Odysse Vader Electric: Powertrain</h2>

The Odysse Vader Electric uses a 3kW electric motor that draws power from an IP67-approved 3.7kWh lithium-ion battery. The Vader in electric guise has a power output of 6bhp and 170Nm of peak torque and is claimed to have a top speed of 85km/h. It can be charged from 0 to 100 per cent in about 4 hours.&nbsp;

In addition, the Vader comes with three ride modes - Eco, Drive, and Sport. Using&nbsp;Eco mode, riders can maximise its range to 125 kilometre. While Drive and Sport offer a range of about 105 and 90 kilometre, respectively.&nbsp;

<h2>Odysse Vader Electric: Hardware and Suspension</h2>

In terms of hardware, the Odysse Vader e-bike rides on 17-inch wheels, both front and rear. The 17-inch units are wrapped in&nbsp;90/90 front and 140/70 rear tyres. As for the suspension, it gets a telescopic fork in the front and a dual spring-loaded set-up at the back. The braking duties are performed by a 240mm disc brake in the front and a 220mm disc brake in the rear.&nbsp;The motorcycle tips the scale at 128kg.&nbsp;Moreover, the new model features a combi-braking system and regenerative braking.&nbsp;

<h2>Odysse Vader Electric: Design &amp; Features</h2>

Design-wise, the new Odysse Vader boasts of a round LED headlamp, a bikini fairing, and a small fly screen, resembling the design of commuter bikes.&nbsp;

On the feature front, the Vader electric motorcycle has a 7.0-inch Android display that provides access to Google Maps, call alerts, and so on. The Android unit is supported by a new Odysse EV app that comes&nbsp;with connectivity features like a bike locator, geo-fencing, immobilisation, anti-theft, low battery alert, live tracking, and more.
