OLA S1 Exterior Details

The Ola S1 offers a sleek, well-designed and well put-together package in an assortment of alluring and quirky colour schemes. While the S1 variant gets five colour schemes, the S1 Pro gets ten colour schemes, including the colours of the base variant. The scooter gets a compact design language exuding modern touches. A twin-pod LED headlight complete with a DRL, integrated LED indicators, and curved side panels dominate the S1's design. The Ola Electric Scooter even gets a massive 36-litre boot space that can be accessed electronically through the display.

OLA S1 Engine & Transmission

The Ola S1 Electric scooter gets an IPM motor powered by a battery pack. The motor puts down 8.5kW of peak power and gets a 2.98kWh battery pack boasting a range of 121kms on the standard variant S1, while the S1 Pro gets a 3.97kWh battery pack boasting 181kms of range. While the S1 standard can hit a top speed of 90kmph, the S1 Pro, with its extra riding mode can do 115kmph. The scooter gets a portable charger that can charge the standard S1 in 4.48 hours. The S1 Pro reaches full charge in 6.30 hours. Ola is working on a fast charger that can give the scooter 75kms of range on an 18-minute charge.

OLA S1 Handling

The Ola S1's tubular frame gets mono-shock suspension rear and a single fork on the front end. The single-arm design on both ends highlights the scooter's European design elements. Stopping power is supplied by a 280mm disc on the front and a 220mm disc on the rear, which gets a combined braking system for safety.  

OLA S1 Features

The Ola S1 and Ola S1 Pro are both loaded to the brim with rather compelling features and a horde of technology. The EV scooter gets complete LED treatment front and rear. For the display, it gets a touch TFT display, complete with its own E-sim. Other display features include smartphone connectivity, Bluetooth Connectivity, WIFI and GPS. The scooter gets turn-by-turn navigation features as well as speakers that can be used to play music, for the horn, etc. The scooter also gets a horde of electronic features, such as a side-stand-down and anti-theft alerts, reverse mode, Get Home Mode, Take Me Home Lights, Limp Mode and Hill Hold. The scooter also gets a voice assistant feature and cruise control.

OLA S1 Price & Variants 

The Ola S1 gets two variants in India and ten colour schemes in all. The standard Ola S1 is priced at ₹1 lakh (Ex-Showroom) in India, while the Ola S1 Pro variant is priced at ₹1.30 lakhs (Ex-Showroom). State-wise prices may be lower, based on FAME-II and EV subsidies. The colour schemes available for the standard Ola S1 are Porcelain White, Neo Mint, Coral Glam, Jet Black and Marshmellow. The S1 Pro variant gets these colours plus Liquid Silver, Millenial Pink, Anthracite Grey, Midnight Blue and Matte Black.
