<p>Revolt Motors has lowered the cost of the RV400 and RV400 BRZ in India by Rs 5,000. The former now costs Rs 1.50 lakh, while the latter is priced at Rs 1.43 lakh. The electric two-wheeler company is providing a further discount of Rs 10,000 for the two motorcycles, dropping the price to Rs 1.40 lakh for the RV400 and Rs 1.33 lakh for the RV400 BRZ. Customers who trade in their existing bikes can receive an additional Rs 5,000 discount. <p>Revolt Motors has recently reopened bookings for its AI-enabled RV400 electric bike, which is currently priced at Rs 1.29 lakh (ex-showroom) and can be booked for a token amount of Rs 2,499. According to the manufacturer, customers will receive deliveries of the bikes before March 31, 2023. The company stated that there was a significant response in both booking periods. Despite there being 35 dealerships spread across 22 states in the country, the entire reservation process is carried out online.</p>

<p>For those unaware, Rattan India Enterprises recently acquired Revolt Motors. Since then, the company has made significant investments in the supply chain and increased the production capacity of its manufacturing facility in Manesar, Haryana, according to a press release from the company.</p>

<p>The RV400 is the first product from Gurugram-based start-up Revolt Intellicorp, and it competes with conventional ICE-powered motorcycles like the TVS Apache RTR 160 and the Yamaha FZ-S. In terms of design and styling, the RV400 appears to be fairly conventional and contemporary at the same time, much like its ICE competitors. <p>The electric motorcycle is propelled by a 3kW motor, which generates 6.8bhp of power and 50Nm of torque. It has a 3kWh lithium-ion battery with an unlimited-kilometre warranty. Moreover, the bike has a 156-kilometre ARAI-certified range on a single charge and a top speed of 85km/h. Using a standard charger, the company claims that its battery can be charged from 0 to 100 per cent in 4.5 hours.</p>
