<p>Suzuki Motorcycle India has reduced prices on its entire range of scooters and motorcycles following the GST 2.0 reform that takes effect on 22 September 2025. The revised rule lowers the GST on two-wheelers up to 350cc from 28 per cent to 18 per cent, and Suzuki has passed the full benefit on to customers from today. This reduction also applies to spare parts and accessories, making service and maintenance more affordable for owners. Price cuts of up to Rs 18,024 have been introduced across Suzuki’s product line. The move coincides with the festive season, aiming to encourage purchases in cities and smaller towns. Suzuki Motorcycles and Scooters Get Price Cuts of Up to Rs 18,000 Post GST 2.0 Update

Suzuki has cut prices by up to Rs 18,024 across its scooter and motorcycle range to boost sales this festive season in cities and smaller towns.

<p>Suzuki recently got the hopes of many Indian anime fans soaring high — only to crash them back to earth. At the Mela! Mela! Anime Japan!! event in New Delhi, Suzuki Motorcycle India announced a collaboration between its sporty Avenis scooter and the globally popular anime Naruto Shippuden.<br><br>Naturally, this set imaginations racing — visions of a Naruto-themed Avenis with bold graphics and anime-inspired touches. Sadly, that’s where the dream ended. One can only hope Suzuki reconsiders and explores a proper themed variant in the future, given how strong anime’s cultural influence has become in India.<br><br>For now, though, the Avenis continues unchanged. It’s powered by a 124.3cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, four-stroke engine meeting the latest BS6 OBD-2B norms. Suzuki got anime fans excited with talk of a Naruto Shippuden-themed Avenis scooter — only to reveal nothing new at all.

This comes shortly after production&nbsp;of the all-electric SUV began at Maruti&nbsp;Suzuki’s Hansalpur plant in Gujarat.&nbsp;The first batch of 2,900 units&nbsp;has already been shipped from Pipavav Port&nbsp;to 12 European countries, including the&nbsp;UK, Germany, France, and Norway. While the India launch&nbsp;is yet to happen, the e Vitara's performance at Euro NCAP crash tests sets a benchmark for domestically produced models and strengthens the Make-in-India initiative. While the SUV can properly accommodate all child restraint systems, it does not feature a child presence detection system.</p><h2>Suzuki e Vitara: Vulnerable Road Users,&nbsp;and Safety Assist Ratings Explained</h2><p>With a score of 79%, the e Vitara's exterior components provide good safety for pedestrians and cyclists. While the head protection was mostly good, the windscreen pillars showed less favourable results in the impact tests. The lower body parts, including the femur, knee, and&nbsp;tibia, were well protected. Moreover, the car’s automatic emergency braking system showed adequate effectiveness in detecting and responding to pedestrians&nbsp;and performed particularly&nbsp;well with motorcyclists. If the motorcycle continues to be used in this condition, partial wear of the brake pads will progress, and eventually, the non-worn areas of the brake pads will come into contact, resulting in reduced braking performance.'</p><p>The company says it is treating this matter with urgency and is committed to completing all necessary work swiftly and efficiently, guiding Gixxer owners through each step. <p>As an automotive journalist, I ride all kinds of two-wheelers – including big sports bikes, heavy highway cruisers, mid-range street fighters, and commuter bikes. I’ve never been a fussy rider, and the sheer joy of sitting on anything with two-wheels has always been a pleasure for me. There are some bikes that are better than others of course, and then there are some that leave a lasting impression. And I must say that the Suzuki Lets&nbsp;– which is a new 110cc Suzuki Lets&nbsp;scooter – left me in amazement. I can’t remember the last time I sat on a scooter and came away with a massive grin on my face, but the new Suzuki Lets&nbsp;was so much fun to ride that I couldn’t contain myself. If you don’t believe me, I also had the <a href="https://www.autox.com/reviews/bike-reviews/suzuki-v-strom-review/" title="Suzuki V Strom Review">Suzuki V-Strom</a> sitting in my driveway – but every time I had an errand to run.</p>

<p>Mechanically,&nbsp;The 112.8cc single cylinder air-cooled engine pumps out 8.7bhp and 9Nm of torque – but the scooter weighs just 98 kilograms, which helps its performance. The engine is super peppy, and very refined, which means that the scooter accelerates quite nicely. The CVT transmission is seamless, and the Suzuki Lets&nbsp;gets moving as soon as you twist the throttle. On a long straight road, I even managed to touch 95km/h, which is the fastest I’ve ever been on a scooter.</p>

<p>The scooter is quite small – as a result, it’s incredibly easy to maneuver. The Suzuki Lets&nbsp;is one of those scooters that you can sit on for the first time and feel as though you can do anything with it. You can work your way through the tightest jams, dash through traffic, and even lean quite aggressively at high speeds around sharp bends.</p>

<p>I even had a chance to take the Suzuki Lets&nbsp;on some dirt, when we were testing the V-Strom. And, to my amazement, the scooter was flying over dirt trails and loose gravel – which means that the Suzuki Lets&nbsp;will also perform superbly in rural areas. Both tyres are very small at 90/100-10, and this helps with the easy maneuvering, but they also have great grip on all surfaces. The brakes too are quite competent and effective when needed.</p>
