<p>Suzuki Motorcycle India has reduced prices on its entire range of scooters and motorcycles following the GST 2.0 reform that takes effect on 22 September 2025. The revised rule lowers the GST on two-wheelers up to 350cc from 28 per cent to 18 per cent, and Suzuki has passed the full benefit on to customers from today. This reduction also applies to spare parts and accessories, making service and maintenance more affordable for owners. Price cuts of up to Rs 18,024 have been introduced across Suzuki’s product line. The move coincides with the festive season, aiming to encourage purchases in cities and smaller towns. Suzuki Motorcycles and Scooters Get Price Cuts of Up to Rs 18,000 Post GST 2.0 Update

Suzuki has cut prices by up to Rs 18,024 across its scooter and motorcycle range to boost sales this festive season in cities and smaller towns.

<p>Suzuki recently got the hopes of many Indian anime fans soaring high — only to crash them back to earth. At the Mela! Mela! Anime Japan!! event in New Delhi, Suzuki Motorcycle India announced a collaboration between its sporty Avenis scooter and the globally popular anime Naruto Shippuden.<br><br>Naturally, this set imaginations racing — visions of a Naruto-themed Avenis with bold graphics and anime-inspired touches. Sadly, that’s where the dream ended. One can only hope Suzuki reconsiders and explores a proper themed variant in the future, given how strong anime’s cultural influence has become in India.<br><br>For now, though, the Avenis continues unchanged. It’s powered by a 124.3cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, four-stroke engine meeting the latest BS6 OBD-2B norms. Built on Suzuki’s Eco Performance (SEP) platform, it produces 8.5bhp at 6,750rpm and 10Nm at 5,500rpm. The scooter features a telescopic front fork, swingarm-type rear suspension, front disc/rear drum brakes with CBS, and 12-inch front and 10-inch rear alloy wheels. An LED headlamp and taillamp, side-stand engine cut-off, and integrated engine start/stop switch round off the package. </p><p>Currently, the Avenis is available in three versions — Standard, Ride Connect, and Special Edition (with its own black-and-silver paint scheme). It goes up against other sporty 125cc scooters like the Yamaha RayZR 125 Fi Hybrid, Honda Dio 125, Aprilia SR 125, and TVS Ntorq 125.
