Tata Motors has announced that the dual-motor all-wheel-drive option&nbsp;will now be available on the Fearless+ 75 trim of the Harrier EV, making AWD&nbsp;more accessible to customers. Earlier, this setup was limited to the top-spec Empowered 75 variant, which is currently priced&nbsp;at Rs 28.99 lakh (ex-showroom). BMW Group India will increase prices across its entire model range from 1 April 2026, with a hike of up to 2 per cent on ex-showroom prices. Hyundai has launched the Exter facelift in India, and prices now start at Rs 5.80 lakh (ex-showroom). It is not a full overhaul, but Hyundai has added more than 25 updates across design, features and safety. The variant names have also changed to HX2, HX4, HX6, HX8 and HX10. Bookings are open for Rs 11,000, both online and at dealerships. One practical update here is that the spare wheel has been moved under the body in the CNG variant, which frees up boot space to 225 litres. Petrol versions continue to offer 391 litres.

It also arrives in India soon after its global debut and continues alongside the hybrid versions already on sale. Yamaha has revealed the 2026 Tricity 300 scooter with a new airbag feature. This is not a regular update, as it brings a safety system usually seen in cars. The integrated rider airbag, developed with Autoliv, is placed in the front apron and is designed to deploy during frontal impacts. It makes the Tricity 300 the first production scooter in the world to get this feature. For daily riders in busy city traffic, this adds an extra layer of protection. This model marks a shift for the brand as the core of the range adopts a dedicated electric architecture. The exterior features a 2.5-box silhouette designed to improve aerodynamic efficiency. A single panel integrates the reinterpreted kidney grille with LED lighting elements. BMW i3 Neue Klasse Unveiled with 463bhp, 900 km Range

BMW’s new electric saloon brings a fresh design, recycled materials, dual-motor AWD setup, fast charging support, and advanced tech focused on efficiency and driving control.

BMW has expanded its ‘CS’ (Competition Sport) lineup&nbsp;in India by introducing the M2 CS at Rs 1.66 crore (ex-showroom). The model is a CBU (Completely Built-Up)&nbsp;unit and will be offered in limited numbers. It is based on the second-generation M2, and has four colour options: Brooklyn Grey,&nbsp;Portimao Blue, Black Sapphire, and BMW Individual Velvet Blue. The new CS has cemented its position among the fastest&nbsp;and most exclusive compact performance cars currently on sale in India, with a Nürburgring&nbsp;lap time of 7:25.5 minutes. Here’s a closer look at this hardcore, track-focused M2 in detail.<h2>BMW M2 CS: Exterior</h2>The CS version of the M2 set itself apart with a slightly revised grille (with enlarged air inlets), a matte-black front splitter, gold-finished forged alloys (19 inches at the front and 20 inches at the rear), and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres (track tyres available as an option). The model also comes equipped with Adaptive LED headlights, an M Compound braking system with red callipers, and an optional carbon ceramic setup,&nbsp;a red-accented ‘M2 CS’ badge, an integrated ducktail spoiler at the rear, and a quad-exhaust&nbsp;setup in matte black. BMW has managed to shave off about 30 kg compared to the standard <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/bmw/m2/">BMW M2</a>&nbsp;through the extensive use of Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) for parts such as the roof and boot lid.

 The car sits 8 mm lower and features revised springs, dampers, and chassis control systems. The DSC and M Dynamic Mode have also been optimised for better control, particularly&nbsp;for high-performance and track driving. <h2>BMW M2 CS: Interior and Features</h2>The M2 CS is equipped with a carbon-fibre centre console that reduces weight while adding appeal, with a glossy finish&nbsp;and red ‘CS’ detailing. It also sports lightweight M Carbon bucket seats, Alcantara&nbsp;and Merino leather upholstery, a Harman Kardon audio system, illuminated CS badging,&nbsp;M seatbelts, and customisable ambient lighting. The model benefits from BMW’s latest&nbsp;Operating System 8.5, which works in tandem with the Live Cockpit Professional&nbsp;and Head-Up Display. Standard adaptive M suspension, DSC, ABS, M Dynamic Mode, and the Active M&nbsp;Differential are among the notable features of the second-badged <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/bmw/">BMW</a> CS in India.<h2>BMW M2 CS: Engine</h2>The CS version features a reworked version of the familiar 3.0-litre twin-turbo inline-six engine that produces 523bhp and 650Nm&nbsp;(49bhp and 50Nm more than the standard M2). It is offered exclusively with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and rear-wheel drive. The model has a 0 to 100km/h&nbsp;acceleration time of 3.8 seconds and a top speed of 302km/h.
