The new Bentley Continental GT Speed 2017 model year lineup has been unveiled in New York.

The new Continental GT Speed lineup will be powered by a 6-lite twin-turbo W12 engine that produces 640hp and 840Nm of torque that’s available from 2,000-5,000rpm. The GT speed is capable of hitting 0-100km/h in 4.1 seconds and goes up to a top speed of 332km/h. This makes the new Continental GT Speed the most powerful Bentley to go into production ever.

The Continental GT Speed will get different versions that include the standard GT Speed, the GT Speed Black Edition, GT Speed Convertible and the GT Speed Convertible Black Edition.

The car Bentley had displayed at the exclusive show in New York City was in a striking one-of-a-kind metallic blue colour with bright red accents on the front splitter, the skirting, the apron and the door mirrors in addition to the interior trim. While the usual bits on a Bentley that would be dipped in Chrome like the front grille and the mesh air intakes are all finished in high gloss black paint instead, including the large alloy wheels.

Dealers across America are now taking orders for the new car with a starting price of $240,300 (~ Rs. 1,61,57,759/-) for the standard GT Speed. The Black Edition is priced at $253,235 (Rs. 1,70,27,508/-), the Convertible will cost $264,300 (Rs. 1,77,71,518/-) and the Convertible Black Edition has a price tag of $277,235 (Rs. 1,86,41,267/-).
