2017 Renault Captur variants explained

We take a closer look at the variants and their specs that are offered with the new Renault Captur.

Renault India has launched the new Renault Captur in India for a starting price of Rs. 9.99 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs. 13.88 lakh ex-showroom. The Captur is available in India with a 1.5-litre petrol engine which develops 104bhp and a 1.5-litre diesel engine which develops 108bhp. The petrol motor comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox which the Diesel engine is offered with a 6-speed transmission. The Captur will be offered in India in RXE, RXL and RXT variant with the diesel version also being offered in the top spec ‘Platine’

Renault India will offer the Captur with many customisable options, along with dual-tone paint schemes available with 7 different combinations.
