Porsche has taken the wraps off the 2026 911 Turbo S at the Munich Motor Show, and it arrives as the most powerful version of the iconic sports car to date. At the heart of it is a new T-Hybrid system that combines a 3.6-litre flat-six engine with twin electric turbochargers and a compact 1.9 kWh battery. Together, they push out an impressive 701bhp and 800Nm of torque, 60bhp more than the outgoing car. The result is blistering performance, with 0–100km/h covered in just 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 322km/h, making this one of the quickest 911s ever to hit the road.

To handle all that power, Porsche has given the 911 Turbo S a more aggressive stance and reworked aerodynamics. The rear wheel arches are broader, while larger air intakes ahead of the rear wheels feed both air and cooling to the engine.

These changes, along with improved stability at speed, make the latest Turbo S as capable in the corners as it is down a straight.
Inside, the Turbonite theme carries through with bronze accents on the steering wheel, dashboard, and central console, giving the cabin a unique and cohesive look. The seats are 18-way power adjustable sports models, designed to keep the driver and passenger comfortable and supported during spirited driving.

Porsche’s latest infotainment system is on board, offering seamless wireless connectivity with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, ensuring drivers stay connected without distraction.
Porsche has also tested the 2026 911 Turbo S at the Nurburgring Nordschleife, where it set a lap time of 7 minutes and 3.92 seconds. That’s nearly 14 seconds quicker than the previous generation, a clear sign that the hybrid powertrain is not just about raw power but improved grip and handling as well.

Despite the added technology, Porsche has kept weight gain minimal, adding only 85 kilograms to the overall mass thanks to clever engineering and design tweaks.
